Sismo.ven.plus is designed to receive lightweight citizen reports and turn them into a reviewed public layer. Raw intake is not published automatically.

What we receive

We may receive written location, description, selected impacts, urgency, public links, and optional photos. We may also store minimal technical data, such as submission time and anti-abuse signals, to protect the system.

Anonymity

The form is anonymous by default. We do not require an account to report. Still, you should not submit names, phone numbers, private addresses, documents, identifiable faces, or any sensitive data.

Photos and evidence

Photos, links, and raw reports stay internal for review. They are not public by default. They may be used to confirm, group, correct, or reject signals.

Public layer

The public layer shows reviewed places and consolidated impacts. The intent is to reduce exposure, not publish every individual submission.

Retention and removal

We may keep reports and evidence while they are useful for review, traceability, safety, or operational analysis. We may also hide, reject, or remove unsafe, sensitive, false, repeated, or abusive content.

Analytics

We may use aggregate analytics to understand traffic, visited pages, and site functionality. That measurement should not be used to publish reporter identity.
