Sismo.ven.plus was built as a lightweight layer to turn scattered reports into reviewable places, with less noise and more traceability.

The goal is not to replace official channels or publish everything that arrives. It is to create a clearer way to capture citizen signals, group them by place, and turn them into a more useful public layer.

Some of the learning can feed Ven.plus and future operational context systems.
